Design & Technology (Both Even & Odd)
- Conduct a research on 2 Singapore National Icon and 6 National Education message.
Question
Individually, carry out research on 2 Singapore's national icons (e.g. Vanda Miss Joaquim, Merlion, etc.) and the 6 National Education messages ( e.g. "Singapore is our homeland; this is where we belong", "No one owes Singapore a living", etc.)

You should include in your research:
1) Pictures of the 2 chosen national icons
2) A write up on the origins of each of the national icons
3) A list of the 6 National Education messages
4) A write up on the significance of the national icons and NE messages
* 5) A personal reflection on what each of the national icons and the NE messages mean to you.

Your research should be typed and printed out on A4-sized paper. You will also prepare and attach a cover page, which should include your name, class and index number at the bottom right hand corner.
